RETURNS

Would you like to make a return?

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the products you ordered without giving any reason.

Fill out the withdrawal form. Attach the completed and signed withdrawal form to the returned shipment and email us at office@candly.eu. Send the ordered products to:

You will receive a refund within 14 days of our receipt of the returned products, after we have positively verified your shipment.
 
We will return the funds to you in the same way in which the order was paid or in the way indicated in the withdrawal form.

Complaints

If you discover a defect in the product, you have the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be submitted via email to customerservice@candly.eu.
